List your company
Free, reviewed, never ranked. For companies with a Finnish business ID that serve the Vaasa region, and for private landlords with accommodation to offer.
The rules
- Free. Listing is never paid and never ranked. Companies appear in alphabetical order.
- A Finnish business ID. The company has a Y-tunnus and either is based in the Vaasa region or delivers the listed service inside it: an accommodation site, a branch, a depot. The municipality on the card is where the service is delivered, not the head office.
- Private landlords may list accommodation they own in the region. The card then says “Private landlord”. The site owner checks your identity and that the property exists before publishing.
- Real capacity. Accommodation entries must be for beds or apartments you own or operate, so that capacity figures are real and not counted twice. Agencies and brokers list under their own category.
- A working website or phone number, and one primary category. Other services go in the keywords.
- Reviewed before publishing. The review checks that the company exists in the business register, that the contact details work, and that the description is accurate and neutral. It is not a quality check, and the site says so on every list.
The Vaasa region means Vaasa, Mustasaari (Korsholm), Laihia, Vöyri (Vörå), Maalahti (Malax), Korsnäs and Isokyrö (Storkyro).
What happens after you send the form
- We check the business register and your contact details.
- We write or edit the English description. You can send yours in Finnish, Swedish or English.
- Your listing goes live and you get an email with the link. This usually takes a few days.
Keeping the listing current
Every card shows when the listing was last confirmed. Once a year, or every six months for accommodation, we email you and ask whether the listing is still correct. Reply with one word and the date is updated. Listings that are not confirmed get a visible “not confirmed since” badge and are removed after a further year.
To correct or remove a listing at any time, email the address in the footer.
Send by email instead
If you prefer not to use the form, send the same details by email to the address in the footer: company name, business ID, category, a description, languages served, municipality, public email, phone, website and, for accommodation, the number of beds or apartments, the minimum stay and the driving time to the GigaVaasa area.
Listing form
Fill in what you can, in Finnish, Swedish or English. The site owner checks the details, writes the English description and emails you the link to your listing.
